An entrepreneur, investor, racing driver, and avid fly fisherman, Spencer operates across environments most people treat as opposites, the boardroom and the race circuit, the trading desk and the open ocean. For him, they’re the same discipline: presence, patience, and the ability to read conditions that are always changing. On track, there’s no margin for distraction. Racing strips everything down, no multitasking at speed, no room for hesitation. On the water, the variables change, but the standard doesn’t: be present, be precise, or lose the opportunity in front of you. That philosophy sits at the core of Chasing Time. Not optimization in the Silicon Valley sense, no hacks, no shortcuts. Just the belief that time is the only non-renewable resource, and how you choose to spend it defines everything else. Spencer splits his time between business, the racetrack, and the water. Pursuing precision in all three.
Alec Udell is a distinguished international pro racing driver. With a successful career spanning championship titles across series both in North America and Europe, Alec has proven his worth behind the wheel of a car across the world. One of the differentiating factors in Alec as a driver is his technical understanding of the cars, stemming from his pursuit of a Mechanical Engineering degree while also competing professionally in GT World Challenge. This technical
understanding allows for more direct communication with the engineers and mechanics helping him create a more efficient team dynamic. Aside from his driving career, Alec shares his steadfast commitment to driver development through guiding and mentoring other drivers to reach their potential behind the wheel. He’s worked with up and coming young talent as well as passionate individuals looking to maximize their skill. Outside of the cockpit, Alec currently works as the President of A6 Jung North America, a German manufacturer of racing semis working with teams in series like Formula 1, F2, F3, DTM, GT World Challenge, IMSA, and Rally sport. He has helped the company establish a North American presence, through adapting the product for the US market and building a network for sales and service of the A6 transporters in the paddocks here. Previously, he has also worked as a US representative for the German Schaeffler by Wire steer by wire company, owned by. Schaeffler Group. There he helped with sales and lead generation along with customer support
for existing US clients.
